Funding

Mental health support can be costly. I am pleased to be able to offer the following funding options.

  • Southern Cross Wellness Partners

    Who: Anyone with Southern Cross health insurance or who is employed by an organisation who uses Southern Cross Wellness Partners (formerly Raise) as their EAP provider.

    Allocation: 3 sessions per year with health insurance or determined by your employer for EAP sessions.

    How to access: Check with your workplace to see if they offer EAP through Southern Cross Wellness Partners and follow their process.

  • Gumboot Friday

    Who: Anyone under the age of 25.

    Allocation: Up to 6 sessions (approved in groups of 2).

    How to access: Click the link below to find my profile, then select ‘contact’. This will send an email to me. Once I gather and enter some basic information about you, your funded sessions will be approved.

  • MSD (Work and Income)

    Who: Anyone on a disability allowance can apply for funding of counselling sessions. You do not need to be on a benefit to be eligible for a disability allowance and can access a disability allowance for things like depression, and stress. There is a cap on earnings that applies.

    Allocation: A portion of your session cost may be covered under the disability allowance for 10 sessions.

    How to access: Follow the process with Work and Income – this will vary depending on whether you are already receiving a benefit or only accessing a disability allowance. Once approved with Work and Income and your GP has filled out the counselling form you can send this to me to sign off. Work and Income will let you know of the outcome and the amount of funding approved.

  • Clearhead

    Who: Anyone who is employed by an organisation who uses Clearhead their EAP provider or who’s health insurance company used Clearhead as their provider.

    Allocation: This is determined by your employer or insurance company.

    How to access: Check with your workplace to see if they offer EAP through Clearhead and follow their process. For personal health insurance, contact your insurance company and ask if they use Clearhead as their provider. You can request me specifically via either of these channels.
